Bluff Magazine, which introduced Bubble Insurance at last year’s World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event, has teamed up with Mansion Poker.net to bring it back again to this year’s WSOP Main Event. Eric Morris, Bluff Magazine’s top man, said that this year Bubble Insurance would be even bigger and better than last year’s. Last year, when Bluff introduced Bubble Insurance, over 350 people at the WSOP participated by wearing Bubble Insurance T-shirts. Bluff, which specializes in understanding the way the modern-day poker player thinks, came up with the idea by imagining how nervous the last five people would be if they missed out on cashing in at the World Series of Poker. Normally these players would be nervous wrecks, but by signing up for Bluff/MansionPoker.net Bubble Insurance at www.bluffmagazine.com, they can guarantee their buy-in to next year's WSOP Main Event. Mansion Poker and Bluff Magazine will buy players in to next year’s WSOP Main Event if the players bust out within five spots of money. Also, the top six finishers wearing a Bubble Insurance shirt will win a spot to face off against each other at the Mansion Poker.net Poker Dome – Poker’s newest stage. The attractive package is valued at $8,000 with the winner taking home $25,000 and a chance to win the first prize of a million dollars. The top six Bubble Insurance finishers will join another 210 players in the Poker Dome Challenge where they will play in one of 36 televised qualifiers. A $25,000 prize awaits the winner of each qualifier as well as a seat in one of six televised semi finals. Winners of the semi finals get a seat at the final table and receive a $50,000 cash prize. The final will be televised and broadcast live on March 17, 2007. The winner at the final table will take home one million dollars – winner takes all. Posted on: June 7, 2006
