Playtech designs, develops and deploys unified software platforms for the online gaming industry. The company recently announced that it is adding five new games to Playtech-powered casinos, raising the number of available games on the expanded platform to over 80. Playtech also released additional flash versions of some of its downloadable games. The recent release follows new product development by Playtech, establishing the company's foothold as an industry leader and providing operators with advanced performance and other leading market features. The new games include three new coin slot games - A Night Out, Desert Treasure and Dr. Lovemore – all 5-reel 20-line games which feature cash prize bonus rounds and free spin bonuses. Multi line video slots have become popular in both land based and online casinos and the 20 line slot game release comes as a result of popular demand. The other games include Casino Hold’Em, a simplified form of the popular Texas Hold’Em poker game specially tailored for casino players and a brand new version of Blackjack which offers multi-hand support of up to five hands, which was added to all existing Playtech Blackjack versions. At the same time, multi-player and private group modes have been enhanced to support up to five participants. The new games come after the September release of Playtech's new generation platform coded “NG”. The NG platform introduces some brand new features such as a multiple-window-gameplay and integrated web-based content. Autoplay is a standard feature in all slot machines with both simple and advanced modes and a real-time progressive jackpot ticker display in the casino lobby, increasing the operators' control over gaming content and providing them with advanced tools and giving players a rich gaming experience. According to Playtech Marketing Director, Iris Toledano, “these new games offer some of the most popular and cutting edge games within the industry and give our platform great depth. Feedback from both players and operators has been excellent, and we have requests for further upgrades. We will release new games more frequently in 2006”. Playtech's latest editions have extra high-quality sound and state-of-the-art graphic interfaces, showing that the players are foremost in the minds of the designers. The latest release was designed in-step with traditional Playtech product development policies, focusing primarily on the needs and requests of the casinos and players.
