Mobile Gaming Solutions plc, the technology and service provider for mobile and interactive television issued a press release which claimed that it intends to purchase for a hush-hush sum, Bowmans Holdings Limited, the Internet gaming group.

On August 10, following the agreement arrived at by both companies, the deal is soon to be concluded after being subjected to the confirmation of MGS shareholders.  

Being in the vanguard of Internet gaming and associated features under the brand name of hansagaming, Bowman Holdings is currently oriented to Internet poker, casino and bookmaking operations through its centers in the Isle of Man, Curacao and Mauritius towards Europe, South Africa and Asia.

This purchase allows MGS to break into novel market regions and client sectors in addition to channel distributions, and extend more its gambling solutions plan currently introduced in the SMS gaming sector. Crossing and exploiting R and D options and know-how among the firms is also intended by MGS, in order to enhance the effectiveness in pre-inauguration testing  and development of products. According to the company, at the start of 2008, positive effects on turnover and capabilities are anticipated.

According to the CEO of Mobile Gaming Solutions, Juha Kiikeri, the company is very satisfied over the agreement and Bowman Holdings is a well-known company in this sphere. It's not just the bank printout but a significant mutual gain is to be had by the two companies due to this deal.
