In the wake of the news that the e-wallet EcoCard is about to exit the United States market in the near future, American gamblers are not to be allowed to use any other type of Internet gambling deposit services. For a number of weeks various rumors and statements have been going around that the firm is standing to exit the United States, and David Brickman, the spokesman of Jackpot Factory, the Internet gambling group, has now made this confirmation. According to Brickman, who wished to elucidate on the EcoCard problem, EcoCard had told the firm, and probably additional casinos too, that they are likely to exit the United States gaming market and substitute their option of EcoCard payment with a newer one. Their remaining American clients will be transferred to something else. The only people who can transfer to the new payment option will be those participants who have made at least five hundred dollars in gambling. It was further mentioned by Brickman that he has hopes to obtain more up to date information soon when it would be conveyed. Posted on: July 12, 2007
