Robert Stikeman, Cryptologic Limited's chairman, stated that the board of directors has one leaving member and has appointed a number of new people. Since the end of 2005, Nigel Simon, a company director has decided to leave and relocated to Dublin in Ireland after having terminated his director's role with success and his help in reorganizing Cryptologic. Prior to his membership at Cryptologic, Simon was at the Gallaher Group PLC where he was a senior manager and an executive for twenty years, the Group worth around four billion dollars on the FTSE 50 and was listed on the NYSE as a British based international tobacco firm. Simon is also a Prince trust charity mentor and is a trustee for this large British charity, which was established by the Prince of Wales for aiding business beginnings for poor youth. Three new directors were admitted to the board by Stikeman, who stated that the company had enrolled experienced business people from Asia and Europe to indicate the company's wider world strategy and its new center in Europe. Ascending to the top of corporate finance, Tom Byrne was employed for fourteen years as a chartered accountant at a broker's company in Dublin. Employed as a partner in an international firm of accountants and is at the moment the Institute of Bankers in Ireland's candidate to the Irish Takeover Panel's board. Employed in senior positions, Brian Hadfield's twenty one year profession at Unisys Ltd, also included positions in Singapore, the Middle East, as well as managing director and president in Britain. At Stamford Law Corporation in Singapore, Wai Ming Yap holds a lawyer's position.
