The European sales division of Chartwell Technology, the turnkey provider from Canada, due to a friendly split is to say goodbye to Lee Richardson the CEO towards the end of the current year.

According to reports, the company is transferring its principle marketing headquarters to the island of Malta in the Mediterranean, and that according to this week's eGaming Review's interview with Richardson he is not willing to
move from Britain to Malta.

He is leaving under friendly conditions, Richardson underlines, and told that he remains one of the company's major stockholders and feels proud of his Chartwell record. He intends to make an announcement in the near future concerning his coming plans.

In making relocation to another country, Richardson is the second high-up executive in industry to refuse. When his company, Cryptologic made a decision, in a similar context, to move its headquarters to Dublin, Ireland from Toronto, Lewis Rose, the CEO, refused and at the beginning of this year, Javaid Azis took his place.
