This week saw the conclusion at the River Rock Casino Resort in Richmond B.C. of the launching of the Annual Johnny Chan Poker Classic where three hundred and twenty five thousand dollars winning prize was awarded to the poker professional Henry Tran.

When Tran finally got to sit down with Joe Corbett for the heads up he had a two million dollar chip lead, and the mainly professional contest's terminating activity was short and professional right along to the last hand, when with K-8 versus K-6 Corbett was challenged by Tran. Corbett didn't receive any assistance and Tran triumphed leaving in his trail a two hundred thousand dollar runners-up prize for Corbett.

Renowned poker players, such as Johnny Chan in person, Lacy Jones, Greg FBT Mueller, the genius Jimmy 'Gobboboy' Fricke, and Brad 'Yukon' Booth were included in the occasion of the finale of an exciting contest.
