Gigi Levy, a top level executive from software and services company, Amdocs, will soon be joining the 888 Online Casino Gambling Group as its Chief Operations Officer. Levy, at one time served in management positions at Amdocs and then later moved on to become the president of Amdocs’ Western Europe, Central and Latin America Business Units. Amdocs provides software and services to the world's largest companies in the broadband cable, communications, and satellite industries. Levy joins 888.com as Chief Operations Officer at a particularly tumultuous time for the company as it is in the midst of a dispute with affiliates who are alleging that 888 is using underhanded and unethical tactics to create business for the company. 888 Online Casino Gambling Group owns the 888.com and Pacific Poker brand and has been accused of tactics such as site-scraping and blog spamming. Unless, 888’s CEO John Anderson intervenes and does something to pacify some of its affiliates, Levy will have a tough road to travel when he joins the Internet gambling giant.
