Steve Lipscomb, who established WPTE, said that WPTE insists on rejecting any responsibility or illegality, however is interested in settling any of the issues with the participants in order that the tour instead of occupying itself with the law can concentrate on its ongoing expansion. He further added that they are pleased to see this issue as history, and anticipate expanding the poker game in full cooperation with all participants.

He further expression delight that this new release is adaptable to all participants in poker who wish to take part in tournaments and events run by WPT.
