Based on media reports coming out of the country this week, a new post of Ombudsman is being planned by the Gibraltar government to provide financial services and for the gambling sphere. During the Gibraltar Parliament's meeting on Thursday, the Chief Minister, Peter Caruana, in a debate with Fabian Picardo the Opposition Member of Parliament, exposed the information. It had not yet been resolved whether the post's specifics was supposed to comprise additional spheres in regard to customer's terms of interest, Mr Caruana conveyed in relation to the Ombudsman's position.
