Although payment details have not yet been released, King Solomon’s online casino group, powered by Real Time Gaming, has just announced its purchase of Tony Friedman’s Windows Online Casino Group. The King Solomon’s online casino group includes Geisha Lounge Online Casino, Grand Aces Online Casino, and King Solomons Online Casino. Included with the Windows Online Casino Group portfolio are the Windows Casino and the Gold Key online casino, the Portofino online Casino and the Magic Oasis online casino.

Before the online gambling community will see the new giant online casino group as credible, however, the group will have to put some effort into cleaning up its act and revamping its reputation. Because of some past incidents involving these particular online casinos and the supporting e-gaming commission, some online casino watchdog sites have assigned the group a rogue status.

One of the incidents had to do with the display of the eCOGRA seal by Magic Gold Casino when the operation had not even applied for eCogra inspections. There is also some question regarding payout percentages certification, as it may be outsourced to the Online Players Association (OPA), which does not enjoy wide professional acceptance.

According to Keren Fuchs, the marketing manager of King Solomon’s Group, which was first established in 1998, the group now owns and operates ten different online casino brands as well as several online bingo and multiplayer poker brands.
