View Full Version : Cool Cat Casino won't pay winnings

On January 17 I got lucky at Cool Cat Casino and turned my initial deposit of $20 + 150% casino bonus into winnings of over $1300. The casino's clearly stated rule for this bonus is that the bonus itself may never be withdrawn but all winnings it generates can be withdrawn in full. That would total 1300-30 for a total of $1270 in winnings. Toward the end of my play one of the casino admins deposited $250 in my account by mistake. It was a bonus meant for another player. When I went to withdraw they told me I won't get anything because I didn't comply with the rules for the $250 deposit. They know it was a mistake on their part but they are still taking away all my winnings. They only want to give my $20 deposit back. I say take the $250 back and I get $1020. They did not notify me in any way when they made the deposit to my account. I knew nothing about it and did not notice it because I hit several jackpots for around that same amount while playing.
This is nothing more than an attempt to avoid paying off. Now their support staff is getting rude and saying they have total control and they decide what's best.

I'm echoing your anger with Cool Cat and any of the other sites that are a part of their rotten trail. I'm sure the name 'Christopher DeAngelo' rings a bell? The voice mail for all of the spectacular bonus's they have, no restrictions, no payouts?? Well, thought I'd try. This was Triton250. The last weekend in February. I'd also received calls on my cell from a 'Brian' and an Alec, both from the States working for the casino in Costa Rica. They too offered the site, or, if they were the one who called and I named in the Live Chat, would get credit for my deposit. I asked if the 'no restrictions meant I could play any of the slots and the VIDEO POKER. Answer was YES.
That weekend I won $2500 on Cool Cat with a Royal Flush on Video Poker but had built up $1000 on the Triton game. This was with $1.25 bets. When my balance reached $2500, I withdrew $2400. Same night, played at Club Player, a part of the same chain. Won $850. Same offer, Triton no restrictions. Called them, their rep, to double check. Withdrew that as well.
Money went to my account from either. Called last week Cool Cat, asked what the problem was and was transferred to 'Sophie' who told me I wasnt getting any payout 'because I didn't stick to the rules and played Video Poker'!!! My argument and disagreement with the rules was no use. This was on Live Chat where she just cut me off.....'Your' not getting ANYTHING'.!!
This morning, Club Player, Raymong, in withdrawals, same thing.....Triton was never a 'no restrictions, no paythrough' game. No Money'
Wanted to complain to someone. Being in US, certainly couldn't do it here, so glad I found this place.
If anything else could be done so that this doesn't happen to other people would be great!

I guess the moral of the story is not to play at Cool Cat and if you do make sure you follow the rules.

Reply to your thread.............it doesn't matter if you play by the rules or stick to one slot........you win, you won't be paid.

It seems you were misinformed then on the phone. If you had read their rules on their website it clearly states:
'Our casino rules do not allow for bonuses of particular games to be utilized in any other game, not even after having fulfilled the wagering requirements. All winnings stand cancelled, in case money is used on a dissimilar game.'

It does sound like they are a scam, but if it is in their rules it doesn't matter what anyone tells you. The sales team are probably commission based and will say anything to get you to sign up, so they get paid.
It’s the same with insurance companies; they take your money quick enough and then do anything to not pay out.
Best thing is to do what you’re doing and keep spreading the word. Search on Google for ‘Cool Cat casino’, some of the sites listed have a place to add your own comment/testimonials/feedback, sign up and have a rant. a lot of the other sites are directories and reviews, send them an email pointing out their ratings are not a true reflection of the site and they are promoting a scam. If they want proof send them the links to the other review sites where you’ve already left comments.
With a little organisation, there’s 2 of you already start recruiting, you could become a real pain in their ar$e. Won’t get your money back, but I bet you’d feel better :D

I'd say most salesmen will say anything to get a sale / referral. I was recently conned by one from EON the electricity providers. I was on payasyougo and wanted to switch providers and at the same time go on to direct billing and their salesman promised me that I could switch immediately and go straight onto direct billing. He blatantly lied, once I had switched I was told by EON operators on the telephone that I had to be with them for 12 months before I could go onto direct billing. Needless to say I didn't stay with them and I switched straight back to my original provider.
