Am a newbie to this forum, but not to gambling, as I actually work in a casino. :o

My favourite games are BlackJack and Poker as I feel you can 'influence your luck' quite a bit with skilled play and different strategies. :)

Then again for a really chilled night I like to play roulette and the slots as well. :rolleyes:

As an employee you can only get like a test account, which will allow you to play all the games, but not to deposit and win real money.

Playing at brick and mortar casinos is too much of a hassle, having to get dressed up, the expense of drinks and maybe food, transport to and from and lets not forget that they do not offer free games at the land based casinos, so its spend spend spend and if you do not win anything can turn into a very expensive night. If you have not played poker before for real cash online then I would go to one of the bigger sites such as Bodog, 888, Pokerstars or bet365. Firstly because they all have impeccable reputations and secondly because they are very popular and always very busy with people playing so you wouldn't stand out as a novice so easily and get picked on by sharks. :D

I personally dont use skype/msn or aim. When I do chat online I use Teamspeak to talk with online friends when I'm gaming, which is not very often of late. :(
