For the life of me I don't understand how an internet gaming casino can survive today without Live Chat. It's such an amazing and wonderful tool for customer service (that element so essential to customer retention) that either the internet casino assumes that every answer is clearly listed on their site, or they don't care.
Roxy Palace does not have Live Chat. They have toll-free phone support for 13 different countries, but that doesn't help if you want live chat and don't want to use your phone.
They are, however, powered by Microgaming and have a realistic by today's standards wagering requirement. I had a great time playing there and they have a good reputation for paying out without problems.
