My 66 inch high definition plasma television screen is lying in pieces all over the lining room rug and I’m sitting on the middle of the mess scratching my head and trying to remember which part goes where. So far my day has been a great improvement – I haven’t watched the news once. That puts me way ahead. And as soon as I put this thing together and get it tuned into an online casino, my days will be infinitely better. Who enjoys watching their savings and pensions sliding down the tubes hour after hour? My plan is to gamble online and watch my credit balance in the online casino climbing the ladder hour after hour. Considering that I am not an electronics engineer I am well satisfied when the job is done in 4 days and I can jab the mouse at the screen and choose to play on the slot machines or at the blackjack table. It doesn’t take long and the medicine begins to work. I forget all about my worsening pension and concentrate fully on the blackjack game in front of me. I am using my deposit account which currently stands at a little over $300 at the Silver Spanner online casino. I play with $5 chips, which is what I think I can afford and I am really interested in building up my account to about ten thousand dollars so that I can gamble for high stakes. The dealer gives me two tens and I split them. I get an ace on the first and a four on the second. I take a hit and get a six giving me twenty. The dealer busts and I pick up my winnings and change to $10 chips. The game is great on the 66 inch screen and I begin to think I am inside a casino. I lost this hand to the dealer’s blackjack, but get my own back on the next hand and the hand after that. I click my way back to the lobby and choose the roulette table. Here I switch to $10 chips and play single numbers, odds and evens and red and black. Slowly but surely I build my balance in the online casino.
